Managing Funeral Arrangements

Throughout the process of arranging the funeral and carrying out services, the tabs of the Sales & Booking can help you to manage and record all the different aspects required for the funeral.

These steps can be completed in the best order for your Funeral Home operationally.

Several people may be working on the same Sales & Booking throughout different times in the process and updating the records as necessary.

Some of the actions that byondpro can assist you in managing and recording are as below.

You can Created Related Persons to add to the Related Persons tab. This information can help you to complete your reporting requirements to the Office of Births, Deaths, & Marriages.
If your byondpro Funeral Homes is linked to a Cemetery division, you can create an Associated Sales & Booking to notify the Cemetery directly of the funeral.

You can create appointments to book in resources for the different funeral arrangements and appointments which need to take place.

Add, assign, and record information and manage regarding the First Call transfer and any additional transfers on the Transfers tab.

Plan, arrange, and record details regarding the funeral services to be provided using the Funeral Arrangements tab of a Sales & Booking.

Track and communicate with any Musicians and Providers throughout the funeral arrangement process.

Plan, track, and review any feedback for the chapel service being provided.
