The purpose of Mortuary Care section is to manage your mortuary through the entire patient collection, storage, and service process.
The module has been designed with a specific workflow that allows users to record each stage of the process with detail.
Customers may choose to have set procedures for their staff to follow. However, individual users may approach the steps of completing the processes to suit their preferences should the organisational procedures allow.
The following section will review creating a Mortuary Record, searching for a Mortuary record, each stage of the workflow from Sign In, Authorisation, Body Preparation, Personal Care, Release of Coffin, to Completion.
In addition, this section explains how to assign the record to staff, track refrigeration movement, and documents which are available for the Mortuary.
