Client Feedback records are managed from the tabs outlined below.
 
 
The tabs Work Request Details, Investigation and Recommended Actions, Workflow Tracking and Solutions are described in the individual sections with corresponding titles.
 
The rest of the tabs are characteristic for byondpro records:
 
  •  The Notes tab allows to view and create related notes.
     
     
  •  The Communications tab allows to view and create related Communications records.
     
     
  •  The Documents tab stores documents related to the record.
