The Work Request Details tab stores any Work Request records created in relation to the particular Client Feedback using the Generate Work Request button on the summary screen.
In the example of the Client Feedback CF-000046, there was no need for creating a Works Request record as different actions were taken to address the feedback.
However, in the example of the Client Feedback CF-000045 a team member generated a Works Request to address an ongoing issue of disappearing flowers.
The tab captures the following information about the generated record like Stage, Case ID, Category, Description, Assigned To and Site.
Users can click on the blue hyperlinks to access the Works Request record for more details.
