The process for generating and /or sending other documents and reports is relatively the same, with slight variations in the words displayed on the action buttons and the fields the user is presented with to generate or send them.
All documents in byondpro can be tailored for our funeral home customers.
Once generated, a copy of the reports will be saved on the Documents tab of the Sales & Booking record.
To start, click on the Funeral Forms button on the right-hand side of the Summary tab.
