After selecting the Funeral Forms button from the right-hand side of the Summary tab of the Sales & Booking, a pop-up window appears where you can select the appropriate form from the selection list.
For our purposes, we will select the 'Application for Cremation Permit' option.
From the right-hand side of the page, select the Print to PDF button.
The Application for Cremation Permit form will generate with information from the Summary tab of the Sales & Booking and person records.
The sheet can be printed out or e-mailed and the relevant parties can apply for a cremation permit.
