In the case of cremated remains placement, where the cremated remains are being interred in a grave, placed in a rose bed position, or a niche, for example, tasks will record the cremated remains in the location once completed.
However, an additional process may be required to inform the team placing the cremated remains that the action needs to take place and provide further details than a task may allow.
In order to record these processes, your cemetery may:
Complete a Works Request for the team.
Create a CR Placement Sales & Booking - recommended in the case that the family may be attending the placement service.
