Adding, Updating, & Finalising Booking DetailsThroughout the booking process, information regarding the booking needs to be added, updated and finalised to be able to run the services as requested.
Bookings DetailsBooking details, such as noting whether the location is a new grave, pre-purchased, or to be re-opened, is important for Grounds and Services staff to prepare the burial / interment service efficiently.
Details about a chapel service can be included on the Bookings Tab.
Information provided on this tab is included in Service Schedule reports, Booking Confirmations and byondcloud Task Manager if in use.
Please note that details on this tab cannot be altered once the booking has been marked as complete.
Burial DetailsThroughout the burials process, details such as when site checks are completed, any equipment required, risks involved with the location, and post-service clean-up will need to be recorded by the Grounds & Services staff.
Additionally, if the cemetery has the byondcloud Task Manager application, the application can be used in conjunction with or in lieu of the Burials Tab.
The Burials Tab and byondcloud Task Manager can be edited and completed after a booking is marked as complete.
Concierge DetailsThe Concierge Tab can help chapel staff to plan and prepare for the chapel service, enabling users to record information regarding the music and visual displays to be used during the service.
Post-service, users can review how the service went, determine if the service went smoothly, and use the feedback to improve on the chapel services offered.
These details would likely be recorded at various times in the booking process and can be edited after a Sales & Booking has been marked as complete.
