NEW Cremated Remains - Reference numbers

This update REPLACES any logic for CR numbering previously managed via the Reference Number entries: CRRef or CRRef:Foreign
Same logic applies to numbering from NEW cremated remains screen access from NEW menu or S&B/Cremated Remains tab header
 
This is an enhancement to the existing CR-reference number assignment options.
It's dependent on: 1. Cemetery System Configuration > Custom Configuration > CR Number Sequences
                              2. Cemetery System Configuration > Cremation Number Reference
 
New field: Cremation Reference Type
New general layout for all other fields applied.

Cremation Reference Type

 
This is a new field to be created on the Cremated Remains data table [OPCCR], with selection list values shared with the Cremation Number Reference lookup.
If the CR Number Sequences configuration is set to Y, then this field will help determine the Cremation Number.
