byondpro specifies the primary Holder of Right of Interment by linking to a person record on the Location Summary screen. The right of interment holder is set when a location is invoiced by specifying the Authorising Person on the order header or by using the Change Holder of Right function on the Location Summary.
The Other HOR (holder of right of interment) screen allows additional rights holders to be named and then included on location specific documentation, e.g. Right of interment application form. The HOR type or role can be specified, for example, Joint holder or Original Purchaser if the right of interment has been transferred.
Adding new Records
Navigate to the Location record and the Other HOR screen, select Create New HOR Link and enter person and other field values.
