Life Gems may be on offer by your cemetery and byondpro has the ability to track cremated remains as life gems.
Let's say, for example, your cemetery offers life gems as an item that families can purchase to memorialise loved ones.
However, the life gems are not created on site. Instead, your cemetery regularly posts the cremated remains out to a company, who then returns the gems to the cemetery once the cremated remains have been carbonised.
You may create tasks in the following order to follow the movement of the cremated remains.
Once the cremated remains are received back, you will also need to visit the Summary tab of the Cremated Remains record and press the Change button on the right side of the page.
Once in edit mode, tick the box under Life Gem and now the CR record is a Cremated Remains life gem.
The management of the Life Gem record is exactly the same as a Cremated Remains record.
