From the Sales & Booking summary, select the Application Documents button.
Various documents are available, including the contract.
The contract outlines all the terms selected in the sales order / contract header, as well as defines the full terms and conditions of the contract & sale.
The document(s) could be provided to finance for processing. This will indicate what needs to be paid by the customer today.

The cemetery may wish to provide the customer with a copy of the quote along with the contract prior to approving the contract and creating the invoice.
