This tab would be completed by the Crematorium staff at various points throughout the cremation process. The tab can be edited and completed after a booking is marked as complete.
The Task Manager Application can be used in lieu of this tab.
The Crematorium or Administration staff may come into this tab and note when the cremation paperwork was signed and confirm that the cremation was authorised to go ahead.
At the time of performing the cremation, they might note the Operator and the Cremator being used, additionally the date and time the coffin was placed in the cremator.
When the cremated remains are removed, they might note this date and time as well as any comments about the process, if necessary.
Once the cremated remains are placed in storage, they might also note this and who checked the operator's work.
At this point, they might also note the process as completed.
To change any field on this tab, choose Change on the right-hand side.
Once changes have been made, be sure to press the Save button on the right-hand side of the page to lock in the updates.
If cemetery processes are to ensure the Crematorium tab is completed before marking the booking as completed, users would need to look for the completed tick to ensure it was done.
