Bookings Processes
The purpose of the booking section is to organise the actions of each funeral arrangement in detail.
The order in which customers approach the funeral arrangements within byondpro can vary.
Transfer, Chapel, and Administration staff may complete the sections applicable to their roles when necessary.
Customers may choose to have set procedures for their staff to follow, however, individual users may approach the steps of completing the processes to suit their preferences should the organisational procedures allow.
The following section will review creating the Sales & Booking, completing First Call details, managing Funeral Arrangements, creating a Sales Order, and completing the booking.
