Cremated Remains tasks are used to record the movement of CRs through the cemetery facilities. Staff can prepare CR tasks as a means of issuing instructions to any operational team. CR tasks create “to do” tasks in the assigned individual’s or team’s CRM calendar.
The Batch CR Tasks function allows staff to process a number of CRs in one action. New tasks can be created from this screen and set to pending or completed. Pending tasks can only be completed from the Batch CR Task screen. The completed status updates all associated records, in accordance with the named CR Instruction.
The screen is divided into 3 practical sections:
FIND to identify the CR records to be actioned
RESULTS GRID lists the CRs matching the search criteria and allows their inclusion in the CR task action
COMMIT defines the final action to be taken on the list of CRs

Used to find CRs held in locations with the nominated tenure status, e.g. Limited Tenure
Funeral Company
Look up to company records
Used to find CRs linked through the source booking to the funeral company/director. Commonly used when completing FD Collection tasks.
