Reopen Sales and Booking will allow to reopen canceled/ completed burial booking.
|
If the pre conditions are true the Reopen sales and booking button will be visible to user.
(If any error in above functions/ precondition existing functionality will remain the same)
following changes will apply for "\OPSSale\OPSSaleSummary.asp"
1. A Function called "CheckAdminRights" will be created
1.1. Inside this function it will return a boolean value when both below conditions got true;
• Check 'RightsForReOpenBookings' configuration is enable.
• Check User_Per_Admin field is equal to '3' which refere to 'System Admin'.

Change "if ((record("tran_status") "Completed" && record("tran_type") != "BurialBook") || (String(userlogon).toLowerCase() "admin"))" condition
1.2. Alter above condition to check return value from "CheckAdminRights". The above condition will be as below;
• ((tran_status "Completed" || tran_status "Cancelled") And tran_type != "BurialBook") Or (userlogon "admin") Or ((tran_status "Completed" || tran_status "Cancelled") And CheckAdminRights() true And tran_type == "BurialBook")
