Reference Number: PO numbers

 
An entry for Purchase Orders will be required in the Reference Number Table, so that Purchase Order Numbers can be auto-assigned as new records are created.
Administration > Cemetery System Setup > Reference Numbers

Name

 
This is an existing field. 
Value required:  Purchase XXX
        where "Purchase" is the identifier for Purchase Orders.
where XXX can be changed by the administrator to represent Site Code for easy identification.

Prefix

 
This is an existing field.
Value required: PO
               will be used for OX vanilla configuration; administrators can edit

Territory

 
This is an existing field.
If Value = Territory-specific, then number range applies to all purchase orders with the Purchase Order Site = Reference Number Territory
If Value = Territory upper-most level, then number range applies to all purchase orders.
 
Note: if there's a conflicting configuration, first entry in the list applies.
