Booking complete / cancel process
Rule 9
The Deceased & Authorising Person fields when complete the Sales& booking.
Result
System should display a warning message when user try to complete booking in blank Authorising person field on the reference person record.
Rule 10
The User can complete the S&B (Burial Booking) with Primary Group locations (Parent Location)
Result

System should not able to complete the S&B (Burial Booking) with Primary Group locations (Parent Location)

Display the warning message like "'Please check location record interments not allowed into the Primary record of a Location Group."
Rule 11
S&B - Burial Booking - change status to completed / allow interment on status disestablished
*For transaction type Burial Booking, when the Sales & Booking status is changed to 'Completed',
1. a validation to check if the deceased is already interred at that location.
2. If an OPLINTER record already exists the process fails, and the user is presented with an on- error message.
Result
Another validation to that routine that checks if the OPLINTER record with the same deceased has a status of 'disestablished'.

If the status <> disestablished - no change.

If the status = disestablished, then display warning:
Is this deceased being re-interred in the same location?
Select OK to proceed
Select CANCEL to change the Location
User selects OK: interment record is created
User selects CANCEL: returns to S&B summary screen - no changes posted
Rule 12
If S&B status change to canceled - failed re open quotes

can not complete or canceled the order with sales open quote.

if the balance is greater than 0 , then cannot cancel a booking.. for everything except for Burial and Cremation Booking.

if the balance is less than or equal to 0 , It can close a booking.. for everything except for Burial and Cremation Booking.
Rule 13
If S&B haven't any quote, that can change to the status as "canceled".
Add a S&B and status is open. Cannot changed the status as "canceled"
The transaction types listed as BurialBook, CRPlacement, PermitBook, MemorialOrder require that the Location sales status is not Available for Sale, Quoted/ Reserved when S&B Status changes as Completed.
Persons module date of service should be the S&B module-> summary tab-> date of service when;

S&B module-> summary tab-> status= Completed

S&B module-> summary tab-> type= CRPlacement.
If the persons module date of service is blank, then only the date should filled.
