This functionality enhancement will add the date of service from a CR Placement to deceased person records, where the date of service is blank. This will apply to CRs that were not originally processed/ cremated by the cemetery.

1. This persons module date of service should be the S&B module-> summary tab-> date of service when;
1a. S&B module-> summary tab-> status= completed
1b. S&B module-> summary tab-> type= CRPlacement.
2. If the persons module date of service is blank, then only the date should filled.
