Tracking

 

The Tracking tab stores changes made to the record’s Status using the action buttons in the Actions section of the Summary tab. 

 

The Tracking tab displays changes to the Assigned To and Change Stage functions.

 

 

Displayed information includes Created Date, Stage, Tracking Note and Progress.

 

 

 

Note: You cannot make changes to the record from the Tracking tab. See, how to make Status changes in the Re-assign and Change Stage section.
