The Secure Record feature allows to mark a Case as confidential and limit the users that can access the record.
A Case marked as a Secure Record is visible only to users with the permission View Secure Record in the Administration -> Cemetery System Setup -> Case Email Notification Setup.
The users without the permission can see the record on the general Cases list, however can't access it.
