Release of Coffin

 

Once the deceased is ready for viewing or the funeral service and it is time to release the deceased back into the care of the organisation, this can be recorded on the the Mortuary record. 

 

Select the Release of Coffin tab on the header of the record to access this section.

 

However, to make changes to this screen, select Release of Coffin in the Actions list available on the right-hand side of the page.

 

 

To update and record details. select the Change Attributes button on the right-hand side of the page.

 

 

Complete the fields as needed.

 

 

Be sure to select the Save button to save any details added to this screen.

 

 

Once you select the Save button, the Status of the record will be updated to 'Released.'

 

 

The record will now allow users to complete and close off the record.
