The New Garden Plant Location option is used to record plants individually.
At Highview Remembrance Park in Fountains Gardens Bed 1 there are 5 Canary Bird Roses. However, a new plant has been recently added.
To record the new Canary Bird Rose choose New Garden Plant Location.
On the Garden Plant Locations screen select the plant's Habit, for example Bush.
In the Site, Area and Area S1 fields record information about the plant's location in the grounds, for example Highview Remembrance Park, Fountains Gardens, Bed 1.
Then in the Number field type in the plant's number in Garden Bed 1, for example 006.
The Plant Location Code is auto-populated with the Site code HGH, Area code - FOUN, Area S1 code - B1 and the plant's number - 006.
