Positioned at the top of the screen the navigation banner guides you to key processing functions in byondpro.

Name	Purpose
Home	The byondpro home page with buttons for each major processing area: General: Persons living and deceased, cremated remains, appointments Locations: cemetery locations, sites, deceased positions, gardeners register and activities Sales: sales & bookings, memorial orders, reminder quotes, items & pricing, mason permits Other: reports, cases, risks, plaque receipts and installations
My CRM	Drop down menu providing links to dashboard, calendar and cases specifically related to the logged in user. Also provides access to byondpro batch processing tasks.
Team CRM	Drop down menu providing links to dashboard, calendar and cases grouped according to user teams.
Reports	Drop down menu providing links to reporting categories generic to Sage CRM: campaigns, communications, customer service, marketing and sales. byondpro cemetery report categories: Cases & Risks, Operations, Locations, Schedules, Sales & Booking, Finance
Marketing	Drop down menu providing links to CRM marketing tools: campaign list and e-marketing

byondpro Navigation Tools

Positioned at the top right of the screen these buttons assist with finding information.

Name	Purpose
Search	Drop down menu of every searchable data table in the byondpro system. Opens the related Find screen
Notifications (bell)	Stores system generated reminders and alerts set in appointments. Image displays small red counter with number of messages pending review.
Favourites (star)	Stores a list of records flagged as "favourites" for quick reference, grouped by type. Look for the corresponding star top left on any record summary screen. Select (turns yellow) to include in Favourites.
Recent (clock)	Stores a list of recently accessed records, grouped by type. Use the up and down arrows on the right to expand or close the group. Select the icon on the left to open the corresponding search screen. Use the clear option at the bottom of the list to clear the recent navigation history.
Profile Menu	Drop down menu to access: User preferences including time zones and grid sizes Administration menu for system configuration Sage CRM Community website Log off
