Link Cases and Solutions

 

byondpro allows users to cross-reference related Cases and Solutions for effective risk mitigation and Case management.

 

Users can link related Cases to Solutions records using the Cases tab.

 

This allows users to review the risks on the risk register and the controls in place, while assessing any cases that may result.  An assessment of the cases can then take place to identify if the controls in place do in fact mitigate the risks or whether further controls need to be factored in.

 

Follow the approach outlined in the section Cases to link a Case to a Solution record.

 

 

Users can link Solutions to Cases records using the Solutions tab.

Cases without Solutions attached to them are stored in the Cases & Solutions tile available on the home screen.
