Injury/Near Miss

Purpose
The Injury Near Miss screen is used to record information specifically relating to staff injuries (or involved in a near miss situation) together with commentary concerning the investigation and recommended action plans.

When the workflow stage for the incident report has been progressed to Queued, this screen is no longer visible to general system users. Access is restricted to users that are members of the Human Resources (HR) team.

The associated investigation and action plan fields are provided on an independent screen so that they remain accessible to general system users.
