Initial Deployment

 
The setting up of the following records (in relation to locations) generally is worked through by OpusXenta Services Consultants in the initial deployment of your byondpro.
 
If your byondpro has yet to be deployed and you are in the data migration phase of your project, we would provide templates, like the one below.
 
 
Consultants will use this template and work with you to understand the structure of the data and how this will appear from a user interface perspective.
 
The templates have explanations and examples of the data format along with the database fields. 
 
Additionally, options on selection lists are shown. 
 
The selections in red are mandatory (often required for specific background functionality), whereas black means you can change, rename, relabel, or remove the selection.

 Once you have provided the data, we map it to the database to build your byondpro location codes.
 
Once data is migrated successfully, all your territories, sites, areas, sub areas, and locations will be in your database.
 
In the case you need to make changes to these records, such as adding item codes to a location, adding a new area of the cemetery that is being developed, or you want to take up a feature of byondpro that you had not used before, these changes can be made directly from byondpro.
