Generating Reports & Sending Documents

 

Throughout the burial booking process, documents and reports may need to be generated and / or emailed to the relevant party.

 

For example, a Booking Confirmation may be sent to the Funeral Director any time changes are made to the booking. Quotes, Invoices, and Receipts need to be generated and will be saved to the relevant records, these can  be emailed to the relevant party. Schedule Reports may need to be generated to carry out the services offered on particular days.

The process for generating and /or sending other documents and reports is relatively the same, with slight variations in the words displayed on the action buttons and the fields the user is presented with to generate or send them.
