Once the record has been marked as complete, users will be able to access reports from the Summary tab of the Mortuary record.

 

Select the Print button on the right-hand side of the page.

 

 

From the drop-down select list, choose the report to view.

 

 

Select to print to PDF or e-mail as necessary.

 

In our selections on the following pages, we have chosen to Print to PDF.

 

 

 

The Mortuary Report is a several page document pre-filled with the details completed in the Body Preparation stage.

The Mortuary Care Summary Report summarises each stage of the Mortuary workflow, including who completed each stage and when.

 

Both reports can be customised to the Mortuary's needs and branding.
