Crystal Report UI Setup

Purpose
The Crystal Report UI (user interface) setup feature allows the addition and management of custom reports in the byondpro screens.

This feature has 2 prerequisites:

The Crystal Report UI header record links the CRM screen to the Crystal report template and defines the name under which the report will be filed in byondpro.

The Crystal Report UI details link the parameter fields on-screen with the parameters in the report template and instructs what database values to pass.
Adding new Records
New Report UI records are created using the New Crystal Report button on the Reports Category menu.

New UI records for reports that are run (actioned) from a button on a processing screen are created using the New Action Crystal Report button, from the Cemetery System Configuration menu in System Administration. These require additional custom configuration in the corresponding ASP screen by your system developer.
