For each case which displays, the following information is presented:
An icon for the stage
A hyperlink to the case
Date & Time of creation
Category
Description provided in the case
Who the Case is assigned to
Stage of the case
Site the incident occurred at
Time of incident
Who raised the case

To start a new case, press the New button on the right-hand side of the page.
