    For each case which displays, the following information is presented:
     
  •  An icon for the stage
  •  A hyperlink to the case
  •  Date & Time of creation
  •  Category
  •  Description provided in the case
  •  Who the Case is assigned to
  •  Stage of the case
  •  Site the incident occurred at
  •  Time of incident
  •  Who raised the case
 
 
To start a new case, press the New button on the right-hand side of the page.
