Record a tracking note for any change in Disposition.
|
A tracking record will be written on the PERSON record when the DISPOSITION field is changed by any of these byondpro functions:
- Sales Invoice: sets to preneed
- Create Cremated Remains: set to Cremated
- Sales & Booking > burial booking > change status to completed: sets to buried
- Sales & Booking > burial booking, with exhumation checkbox = Y > change status to completed: sets to exhumed.
- Sales & Booking > Memorial Order > Memorial Only = Y > Receipt Installation: sets to Memorial Only
(and any other transaction functions affecting the Person: disposition field)
Pre-Condition:
Setup "pers_disposition" to Audit Log Setup
