This configuration is used to force a company entry onto every communication for a Sales & Booking transaction, if this has been left blank by the user. This is done in byondpro to accommodate the sync processing rules in byondcloud, that would otherwise ignore this communication (and all others linked to the same S&B).
Set up a new configuration to configure the alert type that the user required.
Administration -> Cemetery System Setup -> Custom Configuration -> New
Name : DataSyncDefaultFuneralCompanyId
Description: This config only valid when DataSync switch on. This config is to define the funeral company ID for all Communications left blank by the user / system settings.
Details: Add company ID
Options: -
Default Value: 0
Note: If there is a typo error in the above mentioned option values, system will taken as "No"
