This configuration will allow the user to setup pers_reasonsurveydeclined in Addition Details tab in persons record as a required field. All other existing rules will remain the same.
Configurations need to be set up
Set up a new configuration to Allow the user to to setup pers_reasonsurveydeclined as a required field. Field be in required status only if the survey preference set "Not Allowed"
Administration -> Cemetery System Setup -> Custom Configuration -> New
Name : ReasonSurveyDeclineRequired
Description: this configuration is used by persons record, Additional Details tab to allow users to set pers_reasonsurveydeclined field to be in required status only if the survey preference set "Not Allowed".
Details: Y - Enable
N - Disabled
Value: Y, N
Default Value: -
Note: If there is a typo error in the above mentioned option values, system will taken as "N"
