This screen allows the user to create a new person record with the information mapped from the Sales & Booking Summary screen along with any other details that they would like to add to the person details before saving and assigning the person as Authorizing Person on the Sales & Booking record.

Given the above successful data mapping and entering of the other required details by the userwhen the user is satisfied with all the details then the user can proceed with the creation of the new person record by clicking the 'Save' button and then assign the person by clicking the 'Select Person' button to the Authorizing Person field on the Sales and Booking record Summary screen from where the process of creating the new authorising person was initiated.
