This Find option will allow users to search for Locations according to the owner/s names.
It includes the primary rights holder (location summary screen link) and the Additional Holders of Right.
Include following field values in the FIND selections:
- Site (OPLLOCATION)
- Area (OPLLOCATION)
- Area S1 (OPLLOCATION)
- Area S2 (OPLLOCATION)
- Area S3 (subject to rules of Configuration: Use Area S3) (OPLLOCATION)
- Location Code (OPLLOCATION)
- First Name (PERSON)
- Middle Name (PERSON)
- Last Name (PERSON)
- Deed (certificate) Number (OPLLOCATION)
- Date Sold (OPLLOCATION)
- Operational Status (OPLLOCATION)
Include following fields in the Search Results Grid:
- Location Code (hyperlink to Location)
- Location Name
- Site
- Holder of Right (hyperlink to Person)
- HOR Type
- Deed (certificate) Number
