The PandaDoc API/integration will:

capture the document as a PDF and store it in the byondpro document library, when submitted to the PandaDoc workflow

capture the document as a PDF and store it in the byondpro document library, when the finalised (signed/executed) PandaDoc document is completed.
The document library entry will:
- be date-time stamped
- document type: PandaDoc Document (new)
- document file name: template name + date/time stamp + unique identifier*
- Link to: Sales & Booking ID + Authorising Person + Location, if present on S&B summary
* Unique Identifier: so that document is distinguishable within (to) PandaDoc.
