This is a read only field which display price of the ROI location item price.
1. The field display ROI location price. (Item> Pricing Tab> Price)
2. Selected price territory will be a exact match to the location's territory. subordinate level in territory hierarchy should be applied first, if the price is not configured or price has expired, parent territory pricing will apply based on it's validity and territory hierarchy.
E.g. If Location Territory is High Remembrance Park, the exact match of the price territory will be the pricing configured to Remembrance Park. If the territory pricing in Remembrance Park has expired or not configured in the system, system will use the parent territory pricing which is South East Regional. If the parent territory pricing expired or not configured current price field will be kept blank/ null.
3. Only one price from the price list will be displayed to the user. The price will be displayed based on price applicability and it's selected in following order;
Both
If Both not available, At-Need price selected.
If Both and At-Need price not available, Pre-Need price selected
4. Based on the above two conditions location territory is given high priority over price applicability in selecting current price.
E.g. - If the Highview Remembrance Park has only a Pre-need price configured whereas South East Regional is having price for At-need.
Pre-need will be selected to display as the current price since territory given more priority over price applicability.
5. If ROI item doesn't include any price the read only field will be kept Blank/ Null.
Pre-condition;
ROI location item/ product code should be attached with the location.
Selected price should be between the the validity period.
This is a read only field with hyperlink which display ROI Location item code.
This will display the ROI Location Item/ Product Code linked to the location.
ROI Location item code will be hyperlink where if the user click on the code will direct the user to ROI location item (Item module> Item> Item Summary tab)
