If there's no record added, then show only the column headers. -

2. At the time of new row is added,
2a. Only the Save button should be available.
2b. The cells of the columns which have been specified as editable, should become editable.
3. Edit button should be available only for the saved rows.
4. Upon clicking the Save button,
4a. editable cells of the particular row should become read-only.
4b. Edit button should be shown and Save button should be hidden.
4c. Entered data should be saved.
