This topic will review the processes within byondpro specifically related to sales and finance.
 
The first section will review the sales process in byondpro, with an emphasis on a pre-need sale, as opposed to an at-need sale.
 
Pre-need is selling items before the need arises.
 

 
We will review how to:
 
  •  Create a Sales & Booking
  •  Create a Sales Order
  •  Add locations, items, and packages to the sales order
  •  Send quotes
  •  Create invoices
  •  Process or receipt the payment once received.
 
Additionally, this section will cover completing the booking and updates to records for a pre-need Sales & Booking.
 
Next, we will review credit note processes within byondpro.
