Quotes are more commonly used in a pre-need scenario and therefore, it is not mandatory or necessary to print the quote.
Most organisations won’t worry about printing a quote for a family / funeral director in an at-need situation and will go straight to invoice stage.
Should the need arise to send a quote to the Bill To entity, choose the action button of Print Quote, and follow the process as outlined in the Sending a Quote section of this guide.
