ProcessesThe order in which customers approach the process of creating burial bookings within byondpro can vary.
Our customers may have extensive details (Full Name, Date of Birth, Date of Death, etc) at the start of the booking and will capture all of this information immediately.
Alternatively, where full details are not available, they may choose to start the booking process as a quick capture to lock in the appointments. They will come back and fill in all missing information when it comes to hand.
Additionally, the Grounds staff or the Chapel Attendants may complete the relevant tabs after the booking has been marked as complete.
Cemetery customers may choose to have set procedures for their staff to follow, however, individual users may approach the steps of completing the processes to suit their preferences should the cemetery procedures allow.
