Mortuary Preparation Authority

 

After selecting the Funeral Forms button from the right-hand side of the Summary tab of the Sales & Booking, a pop-up window appears where you can select the appropriate form from the selection list.

 

For our purposes, we will select the 'Mortuary Preparation Authority' option.

 

 

From the right-hand side of the page, select the Print to PDF button.

 

 

The Mortuary Preparation Authority form will generate with the deceased name and the arranger.

 

The sheet can be printed out or e-mailed and the relevant parties can provide authority to do the mortuary preparation. Details can be added to the Mortuary tab of the Sales & Booking once received back.
