Memorial Order Receipts
Purpose
The Memorial Order Receipts function allows you to identify outstanding orders and to record the date received, while also setting the Sales & Booking status to Installation Pending. Staff can process receipts for individual orders or use the batch feature, described below.
Single Receipts
Staff can process single memorial order receipts by selecting the Memorial Orders button on the byondpro Home screen. This presents a list of memorial orders for which a purchase order has been raised but no receipt recorded.
The screen presents a list of open orders with filters to narrow selections by site, sales & booking ID and memorial type.
The receipt is processed by selecting the Memorial Type hyperlink, entering the date of receipt and saving.

Batch of Receipts
Staff can process a batch of receipts by selecting the Plaque Receipts button on the byondpro Home screen. This presents a screen requiring the Sales & Booking ID associated with the memorial order and will build a list of memorial orders to be processed.
This approach is useful when there are high volumes of memorial orders in progress, and where the supplier's delivery paperwork includes the Sales ID as an order reference.
The staff member can navigate away from this screen while building a list of orders to be received, and return to it at a later time to complete processing. byondpro will retain the list in progress for the same day of operation; the list is cleared automatically the following day.
