Mason Permits

 
This topic will guide cemetery staff through managing mason permits in the byondpro system.
 
When the family of the deceased needs masonry works completed, they engage with the mason directly. The mason then liaises with the cemetery in relation to the permit application.
 
 Once communication between the cemetery and mason has occurred, a mason permit application must be created and entered into the byondpro cemetery software.
 
Mason permits can be entered into the byondpro system in two ways: by the cemetery staff creating a new mason permit record in byondpro, or by the mason submitting an application through our byondcloud Monumental Masons software. 
 
This topic will explain the processes of creating and managing those permit records within byondpro.
