Manage Solutions records

 
The system allows to manage Solutions records using a variety of functions:
 
  •  change Status using Re-assign and Change Stage actions
  •  manage Communications
  •  add related Documents
  •  track workflow operations with Tracking and Fields Tracking tabs
  •  link Cases and other Solution records.
 
Some generic byondpro functions like action buttons are also available:
 
 
  •  Change – update information on the summary screen
  •  Continue – return to the Solutions Search screen you visited before creating a new Solution record
  •  Next – view next existing Solution record in the system
  •  New E-mail – create an email regarding the record
  •  Help – access Sage CRM Help Center regarding Solutions records.
