Module	New Feature / Enhancement	Details
Overview	New Look	The byondpro user interface has been upgraded to a new modernised, crisper look and feel, incorporating new colour schemes, fonts and icons.
Administration	New Administration Tool	Customer specific configuration of screens and fields is now managed in a new Administration tool. This captures all changes made by our team or your own administrators, and will simplify future upgrade sequences.
Calendar	Proximity Alert - calendar booking rules	This feature will introduce rules that prevent burials taking place in a similar timeframe in the same area within the grounds. It relies on the GPS coordinates for each cemetery location to build an exclusion zone and warns staff as bookings are made.
Memorial Orders	Location Operational Status	When a location is added to a Memorial Order Sales & Booking and the booking is completed, an Interment record is created on the location, with an Interment status of Memorial Only. This update sets the Location’s operational status to interment.
Payment Processing with opuspay	Credit Notes & Manual Receipts	This feature expands on the Payment Processing functionality introduced in v6.1, with 2 updates: 1. Credit notes will cancel open invoice payment instalments 2. Manual receipts (customer payments) will mark open instalments as paid; or partially paid.
PandaDoc	Electronic Documents - simplified	The integration is designed to pick up data from byondpro and share with document templates in PandaDoc, for true electronic distribution and digital signatures. The data models provided with this latest release help you prepare documents using information from the Sales & Booking module, Cremated Remains and Memorial Orders.
