On the Sales & Booking Summary screen, when a location with a Holder of Right has been entered in the Location field, the Location HOR field now displays with a link to the Holder of Right’s person record.
If there is more than one Holder of Right, a plus symbol is located next to the field name, indicating more Holder of Rights.
In addition, where a location selected is a ‘child’ grave in a group of locations, the Holder of Right for the parent location is now displayed.
Tracking added for Location / Additional HOR records.
The design means that an update added to one entry in the additional HOR list, will be visible across all the Additional HOR entries.
This reflects the growing scope of the “additional HOR” entry for authorised interments, nominated persons, in addition to joint rights holders and previous owners.
This enhancement will allow customers to edit the location code structure.
For use on a single record or a range of locations. As an example, where an area code is COE for Church of England area, the location code change tool can be used to change the area code to CHE.
Users will be able to make changes to segments that will be replicated to all locations selected and the associated hierarchy. That means where a change is made at an area level, all locations, positions, sub area(s) etc., will be amended. This tool can also be used to make changes to the location ‘type’ segment.
This feature may assist with amending misallocations and changes to the cemetery grounds, such as lawn grave to lawn grave with beam.
