Item Codes (Demonstration Database)
The codes for items can vary from customer to customer, however, we recommend customers have a consistent numbering convention.
Our demonstration database setups could be used as an example.
The item codes in our demonstration database start with a letter, followed by a hyphen and a 4-digit number, such as C-2000.
The letter at the start relates to a particular set of products.
An item starting with C would be for:
